Income Tax Registration U/S 12AA	Rang De is registered as a charitable trust u/s 12 A of Income Tax Act 1961 Vide No. DIT(E)BLR/12A/R-275/--/ITO(E)-2/Vol 2008-2009 with effect from 08.09.2008
Approval for exemption U/S 80G(5)(vi)	Any donations made to Rang De are exempt u/s 80G subject to limits prescribed under the Income Tax Act 1961. (Approval no. DIT(E)BLR/80G/61/AABTR2636Q/ITO(E)-2/Vol 2009-2010) with effect from 19.11.2008.
Audit and Accounts	Financial accounts for financial years 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 have been audited by chartered accountants as per the regulations.
Return of Income tax	Income tax returns for all previous years (2007-08, 2008-09, 2009,10, 2010,11) have been filed within due dates along with statutory audit reports.
