Industree Crafts Foundation (ICF) works on building up a production base, enabling artisans to become owners of their enterprises. Industree Crafts Private Limited (ICPL) is a 'for profit' design, distribution, retail and export wing. The two collaborate to make Industree commercially viable, self-sustainable and market oriented to ensure the success of their social mission of providing market for traditional crafts and supporting livelihoods.

Industree works with artisan groups across different parts of the country. They support artisans in becoming entrepreneurs and also provide them with access to markets which is one of the main challenges faced by artisan groups. They work in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
