The Dream Team Our First Birthday - So what are we celebrating? The simple things says Smita: 'The Dream Team' 
Almost a year ago, the Rang De team was just a two people led and managed team and supported by a group of volunteers. We had no idea if anyone would be interested in working with us. There was no fixed criteria we had for the prospective team members except for - faith, passion and perseverance. Faith often makes the 'impossible ' possible, passion makes the cause infectious and perseverance makes us push our own boundaries of limitations.The three together is a disruptive combination and can move mountains, but, to find all three in a team is easier said than done. One year down the line, we are a 9 member team - all from diverse backgrounds. Together, as a team we bring to the organisation all these crucial elements and of course a lot of fun and humour! These are exciting times for Rang De and everyday is a brand new day!! Back |
