The team supported by volunteers from different walks of life make working for Rang De an enriching experience.

	Ramakrishna, Co-Founder & CEO Ram is the passionate guy at Rang De. The team believes that his passion can even move mountains. A techie in his previous avatar, Ram is the Chief Executive Officer and also co-founded Rang De. He thinks and dreams big and often pushes the team to think out of the box. When he gets some time from work, he can be seen doing road trips across the country or watching his favourite film at the cinema.
	Smita, Co-Founder & COO One person best exemplifies the Rang De team. Smita, the co-founder & Chief Operations Officer, wears multiple hats every day. Her daily task list includes nurturing Rang De chapters, talking to volunteers, evaluating borrowers and field partners, writing blogs, and overseeing operations. When not being the COO, she loves to take care of her house and listen to music.
	Nikhil, VP - Operations Being Vice President Operations at Rang De is no joke. That is the reason everyone knows Nikhil means business. With a strong finance background and the ability to sense trouble long before the others can even think of it, he is the expert in due diligence and manaaging partnerships. He is also a doting father to his little one and a great team player.
	Shirley, Creative Editor Witty and creative. That best describes Shirley. The newsletter content, borrowers stories, success stories are either written by or go through Shirley's fine tooth comb before they are published on our website. Shirley works out of Mumbai and also pitches in with the Mumbai chapter activities. When not doing the creative stuff for Rang De, she is either travelling to exotic, yet unheard of destinations or spending time with her family.
	Archana, VP - Alliances Archana said good bye to her corporate career much sooner than any one can imagine. Her desire to bring about a social change in India got her acquainted with Rang De - first as a social investor, then a volunteer and now a full time team member. Archana has worn multiple hats for Rang De - from managing events, corporate partnerships to setting up the Bangalore chapter. She is currently our Vice President, Alliances.
	Preena, Creative Editor Preena is someone the team never gets to see much of. She works from home. Unlike the general rule, Out of sight is not out of mind in Preena's case. She is firmly etched in all our minds as the Creative Editor and comes out with some fantatsic stories, content and at amazing turna around times. To work from home, manage her little daughter and work withsuch efficiency is an unbelievable combination.
	Arvind The only full time volunteer who is still a student - so full time and hands on with Rang De that the team even forgets he is a volunteer. The youngest of the lot in terms of age but the brightest star is Arvind. Sometimes a blogger, sometimes a strategist, sometimes a thinker - he is always doing something or the other for Rang De. No one designation can describe Arvind's contribution to the team well enough.
	Diksha, Alliances Manager One of the youngest in the group, Diksha manages all alliances with field partners. Fresh from college, she is great at co-ordinating events and managing even complex partnerships. She has a flair for convincing people, loves cars and to travel. She is a complete foodie and enjoys eating healthily and well.
	Saritha, Accounts Manager If one has to deal with the accounts and social investments at Rang De and if these need to be reconciled on a daily basis, we would expect the role to be played by a Chartered Accountant. Well, one will need to think again when you meet Saritha - our Accounts Manager. Her attention to detail, confidence and the ability to grasp complex things quickly makes her an asset to the organisation. Saritha aspires to become a Cost Accountant.
	Dhanalakshmi, Assitant Manager Strong, confident and the ability to learn and do anything are some of the strengths of Dhanalakshmi who works as Assistant Manager at Rang De. This confident young lady has the ability to get anything done or do it herself if required and she ensures that it is done at the right time. Lakshmi as she is called in office is a great organiser and works with amazing speed and accuracy.
	Vibhore, VP - Strategy Now everyone knows what it is like to have a strategy for a non-profit start up. Most often there isn't one. And thats exactly what our Vice President Strategy -Vibhore- has set out to do. To get some focus into the team - be it technology or campaigns. Apart from working 24/7, he loves the beach and soon he may be seen with the laptop on the beach. With a nothing is impossible attitude, he is truly an inspiration.
