	Ramakrishna, Co-Founder & CEO    Ram is the passionate guy at Rang De. The team believes that his passion can even move mountains. A techie in his previous avatar, Ram is the Chief Executive Officer and also co-founded Rang De. He thinks and dreams big and often pushes the team to think out of the box. When he gets some time from work, he can be seen doing road trips across the country or watching his favourite film at the cinema.
	Smita, Co-Founder & COO    One person best exemplifies the Rang De team. Smita, the co-founder & Chief Operations Officer, wears multiple hats every day. Her daily task list includes nurturing Rang De chapters, talking to volunteers, evaluating borrowers and field partners, writing blogs, and overseeing operations. When not being the COO, she loves to take care of her house and listen to music.
	Nikhil, VP - Operations   Being Vice President Operations at Rang De is no joke. That is the reason everyone knows Nikhil means business. With a strong finance background and the ability to sense trouble long before the others can even think of it, he is the expert in due diligence and managing partnerships. He is also a doting father to his little ones and a great team player.
	Arvind, Senior Manager - Technology   From an intern to a volunteer who was ready to do anything for Rang De, Arvind decided to work fulltime with Rang De straight after his college education in order to help Rang De scale. Arvind has taken charge of the technology and also manages Rang De's communications through social media platforms. He likes watching movies and catching up with his friends during his free time.
	Suresh, Web Designer   Suresh Perumal doesn't speak much as his designs do the talking. Fresh out of college, Suresh is our web and graphic designer. His designs breathe life into our communication. Suresh is an avid athlete and loves sport. When not doing his usual design work, he can be seen playing table tennis or basket ball.
	Vinoth, Trainee-Software Engineer    Vinoth Kumar is a software developer. He is a keen learner of different technologies and supports the technology team by taking on different roles. Vinoth is great at contributing ideas - be it for marketing, technology or operations and ensures that he is heard. Vinoth aspires to become an entrepreneur himself and also loves poetry.
	Trilok, Vice President - Technology    Trilok, our VP Technology has worked for companies such as Amazon and Microsoft. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Florida. He was inspired by Rang De and decided to join the technology team where his technology skills can add immense value. He is the silent executioner and makes complex problems look really simple. A good read and a healthy discussion with friends keep him occupied while not at work!
	Aditi, Associate Vice President - Social Media & Marketing    Aditi is the perfectionist in the team. Her sharp focus in combination with an endless passion for Rang De are apt for her role as the Head of Marketing. She plans & executes a multitude of campaigns and events across different channels that help in building the brand & spreading the word about Rang De effectively. Just back from a Euro tour, Aditi is a travel enthusiast who also finds time for guitar, books and salsa.
	Kavitha, Finance Manager   Kavitha our Finance Manager believes impossible is nothing. She likes to push the boundaries and sets high standards of achievement for herself. Having completed her Masters in Business Administration, she chose to work for Rang De to make the best use of her skills for a cause. When she has had enough of her number crunching, she turns to music for rejuvenation and is a singer herself!
	Aritri, Manager for Social Audit & Partnerships   Aritri has a Master's degree in Social work from Pondicherry University. She hails from a small town and takes pride of the fact that, where she hails from, there is abundance of greenery and natural resources. She has instilled in her, a deep urge to become a Change agent wherever possible. Apart from being passionate about change and social work, Aritri's interests lie in classical dance. She is a trained Odissi dancer. Aritri is our Manager for Social Audit & Partnerships.
	Pratibha, Film Maker   Pratibha has the hard job of balancing between 3 of her passions - Music, travel and filmmaking. She is an explorer and it does not take her much to find happiness in the simplest of things. While the simplest can make her happy, when it comes to professionalism she is a go getter and will not settle for mediocrity. Pratibha is our Filmmaker and uses the medium to communicate effectively about the work we do.
