This agreement is a contract between you and Rang De and governs all transactions between you and Rang De, as well as your use of the rangde.org website. About Rang De: Rang De through its portal website rangde.org will enable you to lend to a borrower via a microfinance institution. Rang De is only a facilitator of this process and functions only to connect you to a borrower. Rang De will neither charge you nor the borrower.
Please note that all social investments via Rang De can be made by Resident Indians, Non-Resident Indians and persns of Indian Origin. Read more on FAQs.
Any Social Investment on Rang De is for an unsecured loan for a low income household and thus your return on investment is not assured. Read more on Due Diligence FAQs.

About Your Rang De Account: When you register on rangde.org, you create a Rang De account that allows you to interact with the website and use rangde.org.

Eligibility: To be eligible to use rangde.org, you must be over 18 years of age and must accept the terms and conditions of Rang De. You should be an Indian citizen and in case of Non resident Indians, you can lend money only from your NRE or NRO account. Rang De cannot accept money from foreign nationals or in any other currency apart from Indian Rupees.

Payment via credit card or debit card:Refunds & Cancellation: Please note that if you choose to pay via your credit or debit card using a payment gateway, the transaction cannot be reversed. Refunds or cancellation will not be possible once the transaction has been made.

Your Information: You agree that the information you provide during the rangde.org registration process is current, accurate, truthful and complete, and you will regularly update this information to maintain its completeness and accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information that you use to access any feature on this website, and for logging off of your account and any protected areas of the website. Further, you are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account that result from your failure to use or maintain appropriate security measures. If you become aware of any suspicious or unauthorized conduct concerning your account, you agree to contact rangde.org immediately on info@rangde.org. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to promptly notify us of such conduct.
