The World Bank

Rang De has been funded by the World Bank through Development Marketplace (DM). DM is a competitive grant programme that surfaces and funds innovative, development projects with high potential for development impact that are scalable and replicable. The grant has been provided to Rang De to scale up operations and to deliver low-cost financial support to the most underserved low-income groups in Madhya Pradesh.
Millennium Alliance

Millennium Alliance

Rang De has been funded by Millennium Alliance. The MA is an inclusive platform to leverage Indian creativity, expertise, and resources to identify and scale innovative solutions being developed and tested in India to address development challenges that will benefit base of the pyramid populations across India and the world. The MA is a network to bring together various actors within India's social innovation ecosystem including, but not limited to, social innovators, philanthropy organizations, social venture capitalists, angel investors, donors, service providers, and corporate foundations, to stimulate and facilitate financial contributions from the private and public sectors and offer a range of support to innovators.

ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth

ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth (ICICI Foundation) was founded by the ICICI Group in early 2008 to carry forward and build upon its legacy of promoting inclusive growth. ICICI Foundation works within public systems and specialised grassroots organisations to support developmental work in four focus areas. ICICI Foundation is committed to investing in long-term efforts to support inclusive growth through effective interventions.

ICICI Foundation has provided grant support to Rang De for its operations and for facilitating low-cost loans to beneficiaries across India.
NABARD

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD)

NABARD is India's apex development bank with a mandate for facilitating credit flow for promotion and development of agriculture, small-scale industries, cottage and village industries, handicrafts and other rural crafts. NABARD supports all other allied economic activities in rural areas, promotes integrated and sustainable rural development and secures prosperity of rural areas.

NABARD has provided funds to Rang De for conducting an action research project on the impact of microcredit on poor households in the states of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Trafigura Foundation
