About SMV
At SMV Wheels we build on the ideals of asset based entrepreneurship giving rickshaw drivers and cart operators the means to self-employment. We sell light weight yet sturdy rickshaws and carts but give our customers an extended payment period of up to fifty seven weeks. The provision of extended payment terms fills a critical gap in the market for our customers and gives them an alternative to costly daily rentals and, a chance at upward economic mobility. SMV also provides vocational support to drivers such as license and number plate provision which legitimizes their professional standing. Drivers also get insurance and ID card which they typically do not have otherwise.
